Has anyone here used X-Size software?  http://www.xsize.com

I am looking at it currently, but not sure if it is worth it.  Their concept is that you do 4-4-2 reps.  They have you figure out your 1 rep max on things and you input that into the software.  Next, they have you figure out how long you can lift 80% of your max with 4-4-2 rep speed.  You input the time in seconds into the system.  The idea is that you should be increasing the amount of time you can lift that 80% weight.  The system only requires you to do one set per exercise and that's one part that makes me go "hmmm" but it also makes sense that you are avoiding overtraining.

If you have used X-Size or if you have an opinion on what I wrote above, I'd appreciate hearing about it.

from what ive heard its about how long your muscles are contracted holding that weight, not how many reps you do(generally more reps= more time). ive never used their system, and when i go to their site it says the domain is for sale...try it out and let us know what you think about it
