Diet is heaps better! Haven't eaten junk in a week. But I still need to pack on the calories. Need more protein, more fruits, more veges. Hell, I need more meals in general. DID A CHEST/BACK WORKOUT TODAY! HELL YEAH!! Hurts so good. Gonna keep my routines consistent. Getting hardcore. Watch my Deadlift go up guys! I have faith.

I hate being a security guard. It's so draining. And my boss is a COMPLETE wanker. Had a tiff with him last week. 2 nights ago I trained 2 clients, was loving life that day, I easily prefer training to security, makes me a happy panda. Then I started my own new workout. Halfway through I get a phone call, 'I need you to work in an hour' 'Okay, where's the place?' 'An hour away' 'Sh_t.' MEH! I'll suck it up until further notice, but it's getting to me.

Good to see you around a bit sunshine! I have thought about you randomly recently, as I am expanding my indoor gardening to include a carnivorous plant terrarium. After much research I finally decided that I will attempting two species that live together on your lovely continent ... Drosera Hamiltonii , and cephalotus

I was going to question why plants remind you of me, but you clarified. It's flattering knowing that you associate the continent Australia with me. How sweet. Thanks for popping by in this desolate wasteland I call a journal. I have fun here! Believe it or not. I did an upper body workout a few days back and my diet's starting to get a bit more on track, but my work hours are increasing and I'm starting to burn out. I have an insightful workshop in the morning pertaining to the fitness industry! Gonna have fun and have more knowledge to apply!
