Hi. (first post so please be nice, hehe) Been thinking about starting training for a while now. I have a very slim build and as I am very small boned I have slim wrists, this's a part of me which a tend to cover and wear long sleeves tops whenever i can. However I was wondering if my arms should grow (from training) would my wrist size also "bulk" up? Thanks for the help.

Do deadlifts without gloves or straps and your forearm will grow. This, combined with thin wrists, actually makes you look popeye'ish. Thin wrists make your arms look better, so don't worry about it.
