Wrist Pain...
-

( #1 )
I've had a problem with my right wrist for a couple months now. It's right in the area by the bone that sticks out of the side of my wrist. I had this problem a while ago, but seemed to go away for a while. Now its back and i tried to ignore it and keep lifting the past couple weeks but its got worse and to the point where its impossible to do any kind of curls or dumbell work. I think it may be the tendon around that big bone in the wrist. Any suggestions to treat it and help prevent this from happening again?

Just reading what you wrote above, you didnt really say WHAT the problem was? Just that you had a problem...

see doc mate and don't do anything involving your wrist, I wouldn't risk lifting again until the doc says its ok
