Im starting this journal mainly just to keep on keeping on i really at this moment cannot gain muscle but going to try and gain strength and endurance(for running) this is all to prepare myself for the Airforce 8week basics(yes 8 they changed it in november to 8) i know its not that hard but its just a test to myself to see how good of shape i can get before i go in. My Routine will be Mon: Pull-ups Chins-ups Squats Bench Push ups Military Press Calve Raises Tues: Cardio Wed: Lat Pull-down Barbell Curl Deadlifts DB press Push ups DB shoulder press Calve Raises Thur: Cardio Fri: Pull-ups Chins-ups Squats Bench Push ups Military Press Calve Raises Sat: Cardio Sun: Rest Day Meal Plan: Meal 1: 2 Whole Eggs Toast glass of milk 1% Meal 2: Spagetti with whole wheat noodles and Elk burger Meal 3: Cheddar and Bacon Gordita and Taco(ya i know its my one dirty meal bite me) Meal 4: Turkey Sandwhich Meal 5: Sloppy Joe with lean meat I also have PE at my school from 9:10-10-10am posted some pics ill post my daily meals and wat i did each day for the most part Plz comment!!

Ok i have been slacking lately with keeping this journal i actully am going to start doing this monday(hope gyms open) ill update it after i go on monday
