Age: 14 Weight: 137 Height: 5'10 ------------------ Well, starting today, ONCE every week my class gets to go down to the weight room at my school and work out for 40 minutes (class length). So, everyone was seeing how many chinups they could do, and I only got 3, pretty embarassing. So I just stuck to the leg workout. I was just wondering if anyone could give me a little workout so I could perhaps to over 3? Just a little workout + maybe nutrition. Thanks.

Ok, I just read about this in Maximum Muscle Plan that I just reviewed on the site. First off, congrats! You got three! I know a lot of guys--A LOT--who would be thrilled with three, unassisted. 1. pull up at your own pace, forget about timing. 2. find a grip that is most comfortable for you...wider, narrower, etc. 3. two to three times a week do: (1) as many pull ups as you can in 5 seconds (2) rest 1 minute (3) repeat (1) and (2) two more times. (4) each week, add 5 seconds to your pull up time (so, week two--as many as you can in 10 seconds; week 3, 15 seconds, etc.). (5) report your results to us in 12 weeks!
