Not to double post. I'm having some problems with my workout. I have trouble finding time between work and school and homework to get the the gym often, so i started a 2-day program: Day 1: Deadlifts - 1 x 15 Overhead press - 2 x 4-8 Chins - 2 x 4-8 Calf Raises - 1 x 4-8 Barbell Curls - 1 x 4-8 Shrugs - 1 x 8-10 Day 2: Squats - 1 x 15 Incline DB Press - 2 x 4-8 Barbell Rows - 2 x 4-8 Rope Crunches - 1 x 4-8 Tricep Pushdowns - 1 x 4-8 Stiff Leg Dead Lift - 1 x 15 at least that's what it is supposed to be. I'll do that on the highest weight I can do and nothing happens. I hit a slump about 2 months ago. I can't gain any mass and the workout just doesn't make me feel like i'm working anymore. I know that you don't need the burn to have a good exercise but i'm not even sore. It's like i spent 45 minutes lifting 5oz tuna cans. Can someone help my fix(or replace) my workout.
