Im sure you have answered enough of these so ill make it quick. I am 21 y/o 5' 11" 200 lbs i work in emergency services so being fit is important. i am wanting to get back into shape for my job sake and personal life. I am wanting to get back into total shape muscle cardio the whole works. I have a total gym (the one chuck norris advertises), is it a good machine to use? 2nd, running or riding which is better for cardio? I will work on eating right as i go on as that will be the toughest task yet. if u could help me devise a good schedule to get me back in great shape it would help tremendously.
