3x10 reps of bench 3x10 reps of squat 3x10 reps of close grip 3x10 reps of leg press 3x10 reps of shoulder press 3x10 reps of leg extension 3x10 reps of belly bench 3x10 reps of flies 3x10 reps of curls sometimes cleans current maxes: bench 215 squat 255 close grip 115 leg press 215 shoulder press 140 leg extension 115 belly bench 55 DB's in each hand flies 30 DB's in each hand curl 95 cleans i usually max out at around 200 height:6'2 1/4 weight:193 age:15 i currently use no supplements but when i hit the gym hard i usually use GNC's Mass XXX and their whey i was asked to move up to the varsity level this year and i would like to get bigger...quickish i mostly eat only meat like steak chicken fish eggs etc take a multi vitamin and everything
