first off, eat tonnes of good food, without getting all confused because i dont know how much u know about it. Make sure u eat your lean body mass in protein a day if your looking to build mucsle, but u must also be making sure that u get good carbs and fats everyday as well. U kinda remind me of myself when i started a few years back at the age of 13, i did what u were doing with just a bit more weight though :) lol. ANYWAYS, i realized and eventually learned that u have to give your body time to rest, as rest and water are key factors that young people usually overlook. I did full body workouts everyday from age 13-14 lol. Eventually i went to bi's-tri's twice a week, bench 3 times a week. I write this to tell u that what i did was wrong. i neglected my back and thats not good. So i write this to you now, if you are serious about lifting weights then start working body parts in 2s like tri's and chest, then back and bi's then legs and shoulders. give each body part at least 3 days of work. U might think that 3 days, what, thats too much time off, but believe me, if you work out hard and really kill those muscles in a good way, you'll be wanting 3 days off a certain part of the body lol. so to make it easier to understand your workout could look something like this, and remember that there are tonnes of ways to work out, this is simply one that i use now monday: chest, tri's tuesday:back, bi's wednesday: legs, shoulders thursday: chest, tri's friday: back, bi's sat/sun: being a student still my job keeps me working ALL WEEKEND, and my gym closes at 4 on the weekends so i cant get there. I realize that i only do legs and shoulders once a week so i really focus on pushing them real hard. i know this was alot but i think it will help you. btw are u on any supps?? i reccommend whey protein isolate for after your workouts, it will really help with the recovery of your mucsles and help them grow a bit too. As your learn more and experiment with other supps, you'll use different things, but everyone is always on a protein. best of luck Curlz
