Alright, i dunno if this is true but i was told by someone at the gym that its better to workout before u eat, like they said right when u wake up, workout because then u eat and it goes through ur body faster or something...well i dont think this is true cause i think u should eat first to get energy for ur workout, but is it true? cause a few people of told me this before too...it seems kinda weard but i dunno.

"<insert guy at the gyms name here>, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I've ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response was there anything that could even be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul!" not only is that wrong I'm actualy sadded byt he fact that that person share the same species as me and most likely gender (guy is no gender specific) please don't do that that is very bad for your muscle cardio on the other hand is diffrent he might have been tlaking about that becuase cardio b4 breakfast isn't bad

I like westons reponse, im glad some one can actually deduce a simple answer from mere common sense. Sleep repairs the body, as a result the brain shutsdown most thing and as a result theyre not as strong, think of it like this. You have a car, its freezing winter, and like humans, we're slow getting started, so its fuel is deisel lol. If is been driving for some time, its warm, it has fuel, it can burn rubber baby and all that jazz. If you try to make it go full pelt right as you start, the engine will go under more stress. Not only that but you're doing that also on a nearly empty tank. I dont even have to try this to know it would be extremely hard to do the workout.

I would only workout in the morning if you want to get cut. If you want mass and strength, workout later in the afternoon. I like having atleast two meals in me before I workout.
