is it ideal to workout everyday for 45 mins and only workout 1 muscle a day? is whey protein +muscle milk +cytomax  a good combination ?

please help

only work out each body part 1-2 times a week or else your body wont have time to recover and build itself back up bigger, more then 1-2 times a week and your destroying it not building it. it takes 5-8 days for protein synthesis to take place and fully rebuild your muscles. take in about 1-2 grams of protein per bodyweight, so if you weigh 150 take in 150 or more grams of protein a day. try to eat healthy, eat about 5 or 6 smaller meals a day insted of 3 big meals a day. i suggest getting whey or caesin protein, muscle milk is good also. every 4 weeks change your work out, have shorter rest intervals between sets or longer rest intervals, more reps with less weight or less reps with higher weight.

workout 3 times a week, and group muscles up, the other 4 days-rest, or do light lifting, your body needs rest to grow, 3 days a week is a fine amount of time for a beginner and a moderate BBer, when you start getting into the real heavy muscle leagues you might want to bump it to 4 or maybe even 5 times a week

as to the supplements-that's not my field of expertise, but muscle milk and whey protein are fine supplements, no idea about cytomax
