Hey, i'm a complete beginner and have never worked on any of my body in my life. I'm 15 and have an extremely skinny body. I'm focusing on just working on my abs for the moment since i have no equipment and probably too weak to build my arm muscles :P. Well, i've done some research already but i was wondering what the best exercises are for working on showing off the abs and how to do them. Also a small routine would be helpful, such as how many to do and what exercises. Thanks for the help and i hope i will continue to work on my body :)
