Im 17 and a senior in High School. I take weight lifting as a class which lasts for about an hour and a half. Now know that I have a small body frame and was known as the skinny guy weighing 130 lbs. at the most, and becuase of generics I have a very fast metabolism and some of my veins stick out. Which needless to say I couldn't gain punds for ****. Before, starting from Middle School, I have worked out on and off and last year I ran track and just did push-ups, sit-ups and ran like hell. Now I no longer train on just my lower body in running, I mostly weight-lift. From August through December, I've had a natural workout and have gained about 5 lbs. Since January (and still do) I've worked out while taking whey protein (one before and one after workout), BSN's Nitrix (3 tablets 3x a day with what intructions say), and have tried on and off samples of Cellmass and NO-Xplode. I consume about 120 ozs. of water a day (makes me piss like a mo-fo) and eat a lot. The Nitrix and whey protein have made my appetite go down a little bit, but is worth it.When I work-out, I sweat more and my stomach gets a little nasuea and some head-aches here and there. Being only 3 weeks away since I started and weighing 135 lbs, I know weigh 150 lbs and when I workout I am a beast. My muscle definition has gone way up and my muscles are also somewhat "ripped." My muscles are bigger and I am 10x stronger than I was, so this works for me. If anyone decides to take this stuff, make sure you drink lots of water, escpecially when you workout because your mouth will go dry fast. If your a pisser, like me, make sure a john is around when you workout aswell. Make sure your eating habbit is good and not too much sweets. Also, the 'hot' girls take notice in me more and all. With Nitrix, it doesn't really give you dick much size as it hasnt happened to me but everyone is different. Also, my bench and others have gone up incredibly. I weight lift once a day ( upper body, lower body) and dont do anything Sunday. I have a cardio-vascular workout once everyday aswell.
Note that stacking up on a lot of supplements are bad, too much of anyhting is bad. Simply water and V8 is better.

That's what I was hoping to learn from this post. *Sarcasm* But great job keeping consistent. So many people in this country complain about not losing weight or getting their goals as they go out and buy every magazine and the food to go with these popular craze diets. It's good to see someone be determined and achieve their goal, and more to come. Again, great job and keep up the good work. Keep posting with updates on your results!

Ive been out of Nitrix for about 2 weeks or a little over (ran out of it and money!) The first week I was off wasn't bad for losing weight on lifts and wieght in general, but after that IT sucked. Everything from my mental focus to muscle volume went down tremendusly (I found out that after Nitrix I was a bit bigger and had a little more muscle mass than before Nitrix) but when I was at the peak with Nitrix it was awesome and I had people complementing my muscle size at school. I did retain some things including a little mental focus in all things. Overall, the affects of Nitrix were very subtle like Misanthropy stated in his review. I can't wait to start my BSN mass stack cycle this monday. I have Nitrix, No-xplode and cellmass. I took measurements before and will take measurements after cycle, and I'll post the before soon. Thanks on the compliment on 2 post man. I have been trying to stay constant, its been a year now on working out and staying constant! After Nitrix it was hard to stay constant, so one day I was out in our garage and found a box that my aunt dropped off containing some used books. I decided to give it a look and found a book called Body-for-Life by Bill Philips, I read some of the entries about peoples struggle with life and then they took Bill Philips Challenge and it worked. So needless to say that gave me a big boost.

OK, so here are the my measurements as of 5 FEB

Biceps-   11 3/4 in.                       Do 1 35 lb. dumbell
calves-   13 3/4 in.                       Bench 130 lb
chest-    35 1/2 in.                       Squat 210 lb
weight-  145 lb.


I'll take the measurements after my BSN Mass Stack cycle; which begins tomorrow, 6 FEB, and I can't wait. Looking forward to some big gains.

Does anyone know how many doses of Cellmass I should take, when I should, how many scoops and all that good stuff?

i usually take cellmass after my workout, like the label says, and then if timed right, i take it about 6-8 hours later or just before i go to sleep. the bottle usually has the best directions but do what you get the best results with. because everyone is different, you have to do your own trial and error with things. what works for them, will not necessarily work for you, and vice versa.
