Working out while being sore?

Sorry, I searched around a bit but could not find anything. I know that many of you suggest to not work out daily, but the truth is i'm not really training as i've yet to get my weight bench here. So, in the mean time i've just been doing things around the house to keep me busy. Pushups, crunches, curls with a dumbell, etc. Little things, really. But I was curious if I could be potentially straining myself or over working certain muscle by working out when they're sore from the workout from the day before? Or is this just normal?

Hey man I got your PM. Very cool. Pretty cool that someone here is from my neck of the woods. As far as working out every day, you can. Some people chose to go that route. If you do just make sure that you switch up what you're doing. And you're going to be sore. Its normal. You aren't going to hurt yourself. Unless your hurt. But you'll know the difference.

Alright man, thanks. Yeah, not a whole lot going on in Southern, Indiana. I got bored of the small town thing and i'm glad I moved to Bloomington. Seems just like a laid back town and a lot more to do.

Just know the differance between Sore and Burn. If you got Sore muscles the day or so after thats normal and you can work it out by doing it again. If your muscle Burns during your workout, chances are you pulled something. Just listen to your body it speaks volumes.
