hey guys im looking for some good workout tips i can do at home, i dont have much equipment. i have a bnech press and some free weights i really want too get my upper body stronger and abbs. can u guys list some good workouts i can do, i no the basics crunchers pull ups sit ups push ups

First, read this.

Working only your upper body won't get you far, and even if you do end up with nice results, you'll look ridiculous.

There's plenty you can do with the equipment you have- Even if you didn't have a bench, you could still get in very effective back, shoulder and arm workouts. Try this routine-

Chest- Flat bench, incline bench, decline bench 3 sets each 8-10 reps per set

Back- Deadlifts, bent over rows, pullups, same sets and reps

Shoulders- Standing military press, side lateral raise, shrugs, same sets and reps

Legs- dumbbell squats, dumbbell lunges, stiff leg deadlifts, dumbbell calf raises same sets and reps

Biceps- Standing barbell curls, alternating dumbbell curls, reverse curls- same sets and reps

Triceps- Close grip bench press, skullcrushers, triceps kickbacks- same sets and reps

Of course there are tons of variations for a good workout, that's just some examples of what you could do.
