Hi, im pretty new here ive been involved in some posts in which ide like to know more about but i want to know what i should do to become all around more fit so here goes... (this is gna take a while ^^, any weekly training plans would be a very very big help) Goals: Wel im a goal keeper at soccer and would like to gain strengh on my kicking to kick the ball thurther I want a 6 pack, probably my most important goal i want to have an all around stronger body, i am built up in my arms alot but i am not strong really at all jus a little above avverage i suppose These are my main goals, come christmas ill have a bench press, with a leg 'thingi' on the end so i can work on my hamstrings and quadraseps ect, i would like to know what i should be eating and when i should be having protein shakes, if any 1 can give a detailed plan for my week if its ok i would REALLY appreciate it F.Y.I - i do soccer on a tuesdays (long jog with the team around a mile or 2), thursdays, and sundays (match) Thanks alot
