It's still the biggest mistake one can make

The leg muscles are the biggest in the body, recruiting them with heavy compound exercises (squat, deadlifts, lunges, ect) will make your body release small amounts of Human Growth Hormone (aka HGH) and Testosterone, although small, still beneficial for total body growth and performance

If you feel the need to add some isolation exercise, you may add 1-2 sets of ONE exercise (curl, tricep extension, calve work). If you do follow the routine I posted that is

gottabefit just gave you awesome advice jones...

and your excuse for not working out legs is rather pathetic.  you're just wasting your time with your current routine.

you asked for advice, and we gave it.  up to you whether or not if you want to get big/strong...

or keep doing little weenie - isolations and get minimal results... IF that.

My name is FOX.... and I approve this message.

Some plates in my gym are in pounds and some are in KG, I loaded a 20lbs bar with 4 20lbs plates and 4 10kg (10kg=22lbs) so

20lbs (bar) + 4x20lbs (20lbs plates) + 4x22lbs (10kg plates) = 188lbs

serious follow everyone's advices here... Your biceps will get bigger by squats and deadlift than by curling, curling is a waste of time... Once in a week I curl 1 set and that's it... and that's only cause of my job. drop that workout and follow the basic routine up there, best bet
