Wolf's Ultimate Bulk

About me: I’m by nature very aggressive and this aids me in the gym where I try to give 110% effort. My dedication was dodgy in the past, but I hope this log and some recent changes in life will give me that motivational kick to the butt to get up and train till my arms explode.
Goal: My goal for this 50day session is to gain as much lean mass as possible without gaining considerable amounts of fat, and from what I heard about X-Factor I may even loose some while gaining muscle. If I do gain fat, I got a cutting session planned for after this.
Training history:
Started going to the gym with my friend about 2years ago, just over the last 3months got serious about it and adjusted my lifestyle to it more. I took a 1months break from gym, since I had the flu in addition to my 2week planned break. Last time I took any supplement was 4weeks ago, so I think I have it all outta my system and can experience newbie gains.
Supplement history:
NO-Xplode, Nitrix, Cellmass, Animal Nitro, Animal Cuts, Animal Pak, Creatine mono, Universal BCAA’s and Amino2700, SAN Vault.

Nutrition Plan:
8AM scrambled eggs 3-4
10:30AM ON Whey shake
12:30PM Chicken with rice and egg
1:50PM ON Lift protein bar
4:00PM ON Whey shake
~5:30-6PM Workout start
7PM BSN TrueMass (directly post workout)
8PM Grilled chicken with rice and veggies or red meat with potatoes and veggies and fish with potatoes and veggies once a week.
10:30PM ON Whey shake (I’m debating this one though, might add it in the second half when X-Factor kicks in more)
12:00PM Syntha-6 with milk pre-bed

Supplementation plan:
-Animal Pak and X-Factor with breakfast
-DS Xceed preworkout with ON BCAA powder and X-Factor
-CL GlycerGrow during (hey, got it free since it expires soon…might as well...)
-CL Magnitude post and ON BCAA powder
-X-Factor with post workout meal
-WhiteBlood before bed

Had my first workout today, the weights dropped, but I had a good workout with a nice lasting pump on my triceps, overall felt great and really motivated in the gym. Ran out of the xceed samples I had, so used the NO-Xplode I had leftover. Felt weak TBH...

Biceps
• Standing Straight Barbell Curls: 4 Sets 12X88lbs , 10X100lbs, 8X100lbs, 8X100lbs
• Standing Dumbbell Curls: 4 Sets 10X22lbs, 8X26lbs, 8X26lbs, 6X30lbs (per hand ofcoarse)
• Dumbbell Hammer Curls: 3 Sets 10X22lbs, 8X26lbs, 8X22lbs (had energy loss here) (per hand ofcoarse)
Triceps
• Skull Crushers: 4 Sets 12X30lbs, 10X35lbs, 8X40lbs, 8X44lbs
• Close Grip Bench Press: 4 Sets 12X66lbs, 10X77lbs, 8X88lbs, Last set not done due to wrist pain.
• Cable Pushdowns: 3 Sets 12X37lbs,10X44lbs, 8X48lbs

After workout smoked some shisha at a sciam, made me relax. Chest day tomorrow.

Update:
Supplement views:
-GlycerGrow: feels like I'm drinking soap or something, it does not dissolve but one can get used to it.
-MAGnitude: for the first time ever, I'm still pumped hours after my workout! Muscles feel fuller.
-NO-Xplode: felt nothing from it

Been way too busy with my new job. But I did'nt miss a single workout yet, and I think I'm eating enough. My strength has been increasing with everysingle workout, as has endurance. My arms are more vascular and the pump in them is killer. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning, and upload my training logs.

OK, let's get this log back on the road. I will post all weights in kg's since it's faster and I dont have to convert into lbs.

I keep rest to anywhere from 40seconds to a max of 80seconds.

Monday was chest day:
Bench: 10 X 40kg 8 X 50kg 6 X 50kg 6 X 50kg
Flat DB Press: 10X12kg 8X14kg 8X16kg 6X18kg
Incline DB Press: 10X10kg 8X12kg 8X14kg 6X16kg
Pushups to failure

Standin Calf Raises 20X90kg 15X100kg 15X100kg 12X110kg
Seated Calf Raises 20X20kg 15X25kg 15X25kg 12X30kg

Crunches on crunch machine thing: 20X45kg 20X45kg and 45kg to failure

Tuesday had work, so missed my squat daySmile

Thursday was Biceps/Triceps day:
Standing Barbell Curls: 12X35kg 10X40kg 10X45kg 8X45kg
Standing DB Curls: 10X12kg 8X14kg 8X14kg 6X14kg (one hell of a burn started halfway through this ex)
Standing Hammer Curls: 10X12kg 8X14kg 8X14kg 6X14kg

Skull Crushers: 12X20kg 10X24kg 8X24kg 6X26kg (rest was only 30seconds between sets here)
Close Grip Bench: 12X30kg 10X35kg 8X40kg 6X40kg
Cable Pushdowns: 10X20kg 8X23kg 6X25kg (again here, rest was only 30sec)

Vascularity seems to be going up with each week, and I have added an additional 35g of protein to my diet, which I will finish up today and post it along with my back workout.

Friday went with a friend to check out the gym she goes to to which she wanted me to transfer. Very nice, elegant fitness thingy with locker rooms covered in marble flooring, magnetic lockers in walnut wood and bordeaux leather covered equipment. Very nice, but I dont need that pimpness.
The whole gym was centered around masses of cardio equipment, and tons of machines, with a very very small free weight area with plastic covered weights and weird small barbells.
Got thirsty, went over to the free drinks bar and again a bit surprised...either Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Diet Coke or carbonated water. No plain water, not even Gatorade.

So yeah, after easter holiday (so tomorrow) I'm going back to my old gym......

Kicked my day off with 4scrambled eggs followed by a whey shake 3hours later and forced myself to eat two cans of tuna with olive oil + Animal Pak just now. Gonna hit legs today in an hour or so.

Also for my work days, picked up some ABB PurePro RTD protein shakes, each with 35g of protein packed in a small can. This will be my second meal of the day.

I'm also toying with the idea of picking up some Cellmass, dont get me wrong Magnitude is great but I feel I respond better to Cellmass (had 3sample packets and was harder after 'em.....or maybe it's just my imagination)
