Widowmakers - Saturday, September 19, 2009 5:52 PM ( #1 )
Did my first set of widow makers today, and all I can say is wow.  I haven't struggled like that or had my face go that red in I dont even know how long.  Any one else have some experiences with these, to help inspire me through?

20 rep squats are killer.  Most I ever got up to was 285x20 and I started to pass out right at the top of my last rep.  That workout is insane.

Fair play to anyone who does these, I think I would have to change gyms if I started it because there's little oxygen where I go. You can feel sick halfway through an arm workout it's that bad.
