so still have this damn cold,but i did go to the gym just did light weight but with the head conjestion and swollen throat damn it felt heavy. flatt bb wu-135x20 wu-185x15 1-205x15 2-225x12 3-245x8 4-265x4 db incline 1-75x12 2-85x10 3-95x8 4-105x4 decline bb 1-225x12 2-245x6 2-cont-225x4 3-225x8 then did 3 sets of cable flyes for incline,flat,decline incline 1-60x15 2-70x12 3-80x10 flat 1-80x12 2-90x12 3-100x10 decline 1-70x12 2-80x10 3-90x10 kinda just a quick one but effective.

damn ive been busy. sat i un loaded 14 round bails of hay a little over 1000lbs each by hand. thats a killer worout for back and legs. chest was today smith machine incline wu-135x30 1-225x15 2-275x11 3-295x8 4-315x7 incline dbs 1-100x12 2-70x15 these were done wider and at neck level the end of the dbs hit s my upper shoulders 3-110x8 4-55x20 same as set 2 hammer strength incline 1-2plates each side x15 2-3 plates ea.sidex12 3-4 plates ea. side x 8 cable flyes incline flat and decline 3 sets ea. 3 sets of weighted dips with a 100lb plate. chest strength is going back up the 315 on incline was insane i figured id get it for 3-4 reps but that last rep man i had to give it all i had.

shoulders bb seated military press (front) wu-barx40 1-135x15 2-155x12 3-175x10 4-195x7 5-225x3 db side laterals superset from 25lbs-35lbs set1 25x12 30x12 35x12 set2 25x15 30x15 35x15 set3 25x20 30x20 35x20 db rear laterals 1-40x10 2-50x8 3-50x8 4-30x20 did get on the scale before workout and my weights at 208lbs woohooo

yeah so friday i had mouth surgery didnt hit the gym at all last week tried on mon. but to much pain. going to try on mon. and see what happens probably going to be a light week.ohh and IBB dont worry chest is getting stronger i repped 315 on the flat bench for 5 reps great form. and also reped the 140lb db for 3 reps.

just a light chest day today. nothing worth jotting down. basiclly just worked out with 225 on flat,205 on incline,db flat and incline 100's and did some cable flyes.

well today was back down to buisness. bb flat bench wu-bar x50 wu-135x30 wu-225x15 1-245x10 2-265x8 3-285x6 4-305x4 5-325x1 db flat bench 1-100x15 2-110x10 3-130x6 4-130x4 drop to 100x8 incline bb 1-135x15 2-225x8 3-245x6 4-245x6 incline db 1-90x10 2-100x8 3-110x6 4-120x6 decline bb just to note i hate decline bench bb and db feels like my heads going to explode 225x12 275x8 295x6 315x4 decline db 1-100x10 2-110x8 3-120x6 great day back at the gym. i didnt think the workout would've gone that good, guess i needed a lil time off.

thanks bulking. so today i did a 5k no practice and in my work shoes. what was i thinking i've never had shin splints as bad as i got them today. last time i did one i weighed 150lbs and my time for it was 21min todays time was 36min at 210lbs.ahh got another one in a month so we'll see how that one goes.

max bench is back up to 365lbs for flat. incline is up to 335lbs. military press idk max but im repping 235x6 squats im up to repping with 315lbs but man it kills my head and neck. got to find something to take the pressure off my neck. dl im repping with 500lbs just jotting down some #'s that i did last week. might start logging daily again idk.

ORIGINAL: Tommy_Boy420 put a towel over the bar or soemthing when squatting. It helps a bit. i've tried that already and a pillow. thanks though tommy. i just got to deal with it for now been seeing a chiropractor(sp) and it seems to be feeling a bit better. just cant hit a tree at 50+mph head first off a 3-wheeler and fall 10ft to the ground again.

damn its been awhile since ive kept this thing up. will try and keep it going. workouts havent been to impressive as of late. the heat and humidity kills me. today was chest flat bb wu-bar-50 wu-135-30 wu-225-20 1-275x12 2-295x10 3-315x7 4-335x4 drop to 265x10 drop 225x10 incline bb 1-225x10 2-245x8 3-265x6 4-285x4 drop to 225x10 incline db arms straight out like a t db heads touch shoulders 1-100x10 2-105x8 3-110x6 4-80x15 then standing and bent over cable flyes also 3 sets of dips to failure with 100lb plate hangin from waist
