ft? Muscle density maybe? when you get older you produce more hormones resulting in better muscleage. You have to take into account bone structures too for weight, and the fact that peoples organs sizes vary, and believe me the lbs soon add up, someones weight height and bodyfat wont be enough to dictate whether people should look exactly the same. but you are right, younger people always look less constructed than older people, i assume its due to hormones, older guys will have gone through more work, involving more muscle repair, as a result the muscles have got a much more full look.

I think with age your body looks more mature... you're testosterone levels are higher, the bones are almost fully grown, etc. I know a person 3 years older than me, same height, same weight, and he looks nothing like me. You'll notice more results from lifting when you're aged 17-25, those are the best times to build a solid foundation of muscle because you're ending puberty and the testosterone levels are at their highest.

It has something to do with testosterone. It makes you looked more ripped and dense. testosterone also cuts down water retention.
