Why arent any females posting in this section. Males can probably help the females out too, so dont be afraid to post. Once you get started, im sure more females will join in and help.

Maybe the forum name should be changed to something like "Female Fitness" or " Female Training" instead of female bodybuilding? Maybe a lot of women see the word bodybuilding and don't think it relates to what they're doing.

that's very true! Female Fitness has a nice ring to it.

Or it could just be that the women who post here, just post their questions under the appropriate category (nutrition, exercises, etc). Usually a female specific forum would be for female specific issues (ie: lifting during pregnancy, PMS ruining your diet, etc) so maybe those issues just haven't come up. If I have a question about improving my deadlift form, I'm going to post it in exercises, not here. Just a thought. ETA: Female Fitness is probably a more user friendly name.
Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?

Tell you what. I'll talk about how PMS affects my diet if you want. Next time I get pregnant I'll let you know about that, too. Will that satisfy you? Do you want me to include physicals such as bodily fluids, or just the emotional side of the house? I'm cooperating here.

might not be the appropriate section...people don't seem to read this section really often, at your place I'd ask in the training section...but before doing that, read the best of because many important infos are just waiting for someone like you !

If yhou ask here...only a few of us will answer you...if you try in the training section, people will most likely read your topic more...

I probably will start posting more...I've just been adjusting to college so that's been a bit hard. I'm just finally getting a hw routine down....
The unreal is more powerful than the real because nothing is as perfect as you can imagine it. Only intangible ideas last. Stone crumbles. Wood rots. People, well, they die. But things as fragile as a thought, a dream, a legend, they can go on and on
