Why am i always STARVING?

Why am i always STARVING? - Friday, November 24, 2006 2:38 PM ( #1 )
hey can any1 explain to me why im always hungry. i am currently dieting for fat loss but im eating 2400 calories a day which cant be starvation amounts. is there any reason why i'd be this hungry?

If you are cutting your calories, your body is going to be hungry just because you metabolism has gotten used to taking in a certain amount a day. It doesn't mean you are starving yourself.

yea i knew i wasnt starving myself its just that im always hungry. so ur saying thats normal? will it change soon?

have u calculated your calories properly? what are your stats, i.e height, weight, activity levels etc.
BTW, wholegrain foods and fibre helps you to feel "fuller" for longer...

ok well vdk_au i do eat oatmeal and whole whear bread just so u know and im eating 2400 calories so i dont think it could be too low but my stats are height: 5'10" weight: 148lb.  and my activity level: i workout 4x a week and i did do some type of interval running 6x a week but now i have wrestling practice 5x a week on average so i dont do cardio anymore until wrestling season is over.

your 15 man haha your probably just growing.. your calorie intake seems fine.. you'll get used to it ur def not starving urself.

i dont think so, u should prob just fill up on neg calorie fruit and stuff

It may get better, your stomach will shrink over time.
