Why Do I weigh more when I am sore? - Sunday, July 02, 2006 7:05 PM ( #1 )
It seems as though everytime I have weighed myself when I am sore after a workout or the next couple days that I weigh more by a few pounds.  I was just curious if this was just a coincidence or if there were some reason that this happens.

more likely it's water weight and just a coincidence, i dont think the strain on muscles weighs anything (unless the release of NO or whatever weighs something, but i'm just throwing that out there)
