Status: offline 		Georges Labrecque (164-lbs body weight), world stongest grandpa (82 years old), bench presses 320-lbs. Canadian Powerlifting Association (CPA) competition 22 october 2006.
And here is a 420-lbs deadlift.

agreed. i had looked at them before and those are the type of pics you see in magazines selling products. AMAZING transformation. i cant even imagine how you feel.

I'm 48 years old and down 109# over the last two years.  Now at 9.25% bf and 200 lbs.  I'm working to get where you are by my 50th.  Helluva inspiration.  Keep up the good work!
