Great to see older people in such amazing shape. Also your transformation is awsome cursor!
If you can bench press more than you can squat you should be ashamed.

Wow... at 47 myself, your pics are a great inspiration... I think I'll print those photos out and keep em in my locker. (secretly of coarse).Just when I thought I might be to old to possibly look like that.

Congratulations! You progress pics are great! I'm 48 years old and down 109# over the last two years. Now at 9.25% bf and 200 lbs. I'm working to get where you are by my 50th. Helluva inspiration. Keep up the good work!

I am turnin 60 years young in Feb./09 and training for a show in April/09. Old? not sure what that means anymore. The only thing I know about old is a good glass of wine.

Hey Cursor, I'm a newbie at age 50. I'd say my physique is somewhat like your 2001 photo. Would you share your workout routine? Not sure if I should do full body every other day? ( this is what I'm doing now) Or conventional wisdom working major muscle groups, then 5-7 day rest. ( I also do 4-5 days of cardio, 30min-500 calories) I've been working out for 3 weeks.....just getting into it and it feels great. Just stumbled upon the MAX-OT info. Is this recommended for older folks too? I'm seeking definition, tone, 5-10 lbs of weight loss, smaller waist. Not looking for size ( but I'll take it) as much as getting ripped. In general terms, what should I be doing? Thanks.

In general terms, what should I be doing? Thanks. I have been cycling on and off of Max-Ot for a year now. I run it for 8 weeks while I bulk, then take a week off and do a 3 times a week full body cardio routine to cut. As long as you support your joints and listen to your body, you should have no problem doing Max-Ot. Make sure you do the movements correctly before taking on the weight. It will add muscle mass. May not be what you are looking for if you want tone to your muscles. WD
