Just want to make my introduction. Ive been training for close to 4 years now, made some decent progress in my opinion. Ive recently gotten into competitive collegiate power lifting over the past year. I have been working alot lately and havent had much time to train and need to sort that out. I stopped the internet forum scene but hoping getting back in can help me get back into full swing. I recognize alot of old faces.

MVP, shame you dont want to be associated me bud! You know my lifts but for times sake here they are. RAW Squat - 405 Deadlift - 450 Bench - 275 My geared lifts havent been testing in a few months. Also no set routine I train when I can so I dont have a dedicated routine
