3-4 sets 8-10 flat bench press
3-4 sets 8-10 incline bench press
3-4 sets 10-12 db fly's(flat)  or machine fly's
or u can replace this with dips if you are strong enough

this always worked for me not much different from what others are gonna tell you

There is no such thing as inner chest, there are two parts the upper and lower..tbh just flat bench and dips should be plenty for most people. And I am assuming you are also squatting and deadlifting already?
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185

i never said anything concering the "inner chest" , guess i should of posted that there isnt a such thing as isolating your inner chest  along with my origanal post

i gave him a well rounded routine add/subtract what u wish

i wouldnt go more than 12 sets max , but mo less than 8 sets

heres my chest routine:
flat bench bench press going up from 50kg,60,70,80,then 85or80
then i get a dumbell and lie on a flat bench and raise it from the floor behind my head and bring it up going up from a certain amount ok kg
then i do becnch press incline and go up in a steady pace lke the flat bench and dumbell
then i do flys on a machine
then bench press on decline and a couple of other chest machines in the gym
