Who is 5 feet to 5 feet 4 inches tall and over age 30?

I was trying to relate to some folks out there close to my height. Im 5'2" and over 40 and have a hard time comparing my training and muscle size with guys that are on avg anywhere from 5'8 on past 6 feet. I dont feel like I can  compare with guys in their teens and early 20s either.  Any folks out there close to my height and age that I can compare your training journals, nutrition requirements, muscle size, training methods and such?

Williemon-I read this post a few days ago and still see nobody replied.   Perhaps there are no members with the criteria you laid out?   Never the less I would concern myself with height and age....I'm 43 and 5' 8" and honestly don't sweat the height thing.   Do have 2 good friends that are pretty close to you size so i don't want to blow off what you are getting at.   Just focus on hitting the gym and good things will come your way brother.
