I’ve been using CL: White Blood for over a year now, 8 weeks ON and 4 weeks OFF. As you know everyone reacts differently to supplements. I stack WB with DS: Xceed (CEE). That seems to work very well for me. I take the two products 45 minutes before my workout and I get this get up and go feeling, pumps are great and allows for better intensity and endurance during my workout. But again that’s me. There are 90 caps per bottle and since I’m a little over 225lbs., I take 4 caps before each w/o. Peace
