 Which supplement?

Which supplement? - Saturday, September 06, 2003 9:20 AM
Hi. I have been weight lifting for about 18 months or so on and off, and have seen reasonable gains considering I haven't been that commited the whole time. However, as with a lot of people I believe, the gains have slowed right down, and I have not seen a lot of difference for a while. I want to start taking a protein supplement, as I don't get enough out of the food i eat. I do eat a lot of lean meats, fish etc, but want to top up my protein levels to 1grm per lb of body mass. Im living in the UK, and have looked on the net at the various products available to me, but I really do not know what I am looking at. There are products named muscle gain, weight gain, whey etc etc etc and I do not know which one is right for what I want. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Seems alright..

How much protein per serving? I had a hard time figuring that out from the long label.

Muscle gain.. protein.. whey proteins.. not weight gainers.. or meal replacements.

That should cover the general protein shake category.
