Hey, I have been lifting for a while and i am 15 years old. I was just wondering if I were to buy a supplement of some sort, which one would be better...Nitrix or Whey Protein? My cousin who is 15 took Nitrix and he has become a lot stronger and looking a lot stronger than he used to. I am leaning towards Nitrix mainly b/c me and my cuz have the same basic frame and the results he has acheived.... THX, ROBBIE

Two different things... Nitrix gives you more energy to work out and keeps your blood pumping so you can work out with more intensity. Whey protein helps give your muscles fuel to feed on and food to eat when your muscles need to replenish and grow. Don't start taking any supplements until you read about them and know what you are putting into your body.

Ok first of all nitrix and whey have nothing in common...nothing. It sounds like your trying to relate the affects of the two. Whey Protein is simply that concentrated protein people dont take it to get big they take it to get in a quick quality source of protein and depending on your weight and diet you may not even need it as you could very well be getting in enough protein from your foods if you have a good diet. And Nitrix is a supplement containing phosphates enzymes and other stuff thats suppose to help deliver certain chemicals and blood to your muscles ex:ATP, Creatine,Protein. And I wouldn't be surprised if alot of that "pump" that is felt if from water retention in muscles. So no matter what pills you pop (which you shouldn't be at your age) and supplements you take nothing is going to make you stronger and bigger then a good diet, and lifting plan. you gotta dedicate yourself and work for your gains bro.
