Need some help deciding which creatine to buy. Price really isn't an issue here. I've heard good things about both SIZEON, and Kre-Alkalyn. Both look like very good products. the sizeON is a bit more expensive. http://www.supplementwarehouse.com/viewitem.asp?idproduct=143572 http://www.supplementwarehouse.com/viewitem.asp?idproduct=47584 Which product would be best for me to take? I could not take CELL-tech b/c that product makes me have chest pains. I hope that the creatine mono in SIZE ON will not cause chest pains. Please don't just VOTE. Tell the reason why you picked what you did... and if you have experience with either product please. *If i choose size-on, it comes in a cap form, or a powder form. Which one is better, or does it really matter? someone mentioned that I have to drink it continuously during my workout?... explain please* thanks

I would go size on, forget the kre-alk pills maybe the powder. Other than that just 1 Micronized Mono 2 Storm3 Green Mag

ORIGINAL: pilotdrneo You should definitely look into storm and green mag... kre-alk is pill form is just a waste.. thats why I said maybe the powder form would work, but nothing works better than just straight monohydrate.. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/univ/storm.html http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/clabs/mag.html ok. but why is kre-alk a waste? i want to know the reasons behind your theories please. and have you taken BOTH creatine mono, and kre-alk?

out of those two, size on for sure. There are other options, I have heard good things as well about storm and green mag.

i heard very good things about size-on..i tried it...its claim is that you'll notice results within the first 7 days to an extreme. i took it for 10 times for 10 workouts i mean. i most deffinitally noticed results, unfortunatly i wasnt able to lift consistantly on it and only used it about 10 times..ended up giving it to someone i think..if i had the money, size-on would most deff be the creatine i would get. go with it you will not regret it...let me know what you think

http://www.buildingbrawn.com/index.php?Search=sizeOn&ProductID=840012 There's a cheaper price of Size-On. Only $5 shipping no matter how much you buy. Size On is what I would go with, I hear Kre-Alk is all crap, and I've taken Size On and it works. Also, get it in the powder form. Size On is best to drink during your workout. It has 13g of sugar in it to help keep your energy levels up.

Both I and I believe No Quarter tried Kre-Alk back in the day. Total crap compared to plain old creatine mono. So between the 2 I would say Size-On

From all the great things I've heard I'd go with SizeOn. I've never taken it personally but I hear nothing but excellent reviews. When I start taking creatine again in September or so I'm probably going to give it whirl.

Nice! I'm starting to get people telling me how much thinner I'm getting. For a guy like me, thats not a compliment. I dont like how when you're ripped you look small in clothes but amazing without a shirt. Then again, I dont like how I look without a shirt when I'm bulking. Damn....why can't I just be huge AND ripped?? LOL good job! I see you making some good progress.
