Which protein doesn't give you gas!?

Hey so I will make this quick,

I've been using pro performance 100% whey for the past few months n It doesn't always sit well, nor does it digest the best either. I tried and looked into Gaspari's Myofusion n it seemed alrite because it has some sort of lactose reducing ingredient. I've also tried ON's Gold Standard and same dealio. Sooo, my question is does anyone have any suggestions for what protein might work without gassyness? I'm pretty certain I'm not allergic to whey because I can tolerate it most of the time, its just a pain in the ass.....no pun intended.

I actually JUST read that ON's 100% whey also has lactase enzymes within it to make it easier to digest..Anyone here have problems with ON whey?

Use the Isolate varieties.

i've had gas problems with every protein i've taken, i guess thts just how it goes

190 lb

goal bench by end of football season : 285

I have gas no matter what.

Im currently using cytosport complete whey and ive had no gas. Whatever you do dont try isopure. Maybe I got a bad tub but it was horrible on me.

I dont think other people telling you what protein doesnt give them gas is going to help you. Peoples body will react different to different things

Im yet to find a protien drink that hasn't give me gas yet lol
