Hello all, I am new this this forum and have found it helpful thus far, I now have a question of my own. I've been working out for a couple years now and I was wondering what protein powders you guys would reccomend. I am lactose intolerant so I was thinking soy protein however I've heard it does nothing compared to whey protein, so I will probably go with the whey. With that, how much would you recommend I take daily, I would like to make some gains over this upcoming schoolyear and think this will help me out. Btw I am 19 yrs old 6'4" 182 lbs if that makes a difference, thanks!

Protein Recommendations: Just-Whey by SportPharma Nitrosyn by iForce Nutrition You will want to get 1-1.5g of protein per lb of body weight. So use these shakes to supplement what you don't get from real food. Use FitDay to track what you eat to figure out how many shakes you'll need. My current bulk is 9am shake 3pm shake post-workout shake bedtime shake These two proteins taste good and mix well. If you are lactose intolerant, you might considering take a lactaid pill. That will help. Soy protein is nowhere near the quality of whey when it comes to building muscle.
