Which Fat Loss Supplements Work? - Saturday, May 31, 2003 11:31 AM ( #1 )
Any recommendations for an ephedra free supplement? Somebody recommended ThermadreneXP by SportPharma.

Advice is much appreciated.

RE: Which Fat Loss Supplements Work? - Sunday, March 25, 2007 11:02 PM ( #3 )
I know alot of people are looking for the quick way to lose weight and taking a pill seems to be the thing they like to do, I used to be one of those people because i hated exercise. But after going through I don't know how many different "magic pills" with little or no real results, I found that exercise and cutting back calories and fat is the only real way to do it and keep the weight off.

With that said, I had to start exercising and since I owned a treadmill that was once a coat rack--it was the cardio I chose. I started looking for supplements to help me along and I found one that I think is really good--NOT as a magic diet pill, but as something to help you stick to an exercise routine. I went on ebay and found a fat burner that is ephedra free, it is called Thermokinetic. I have been using it for about 8 months with fantastic results, not because it is a so-called fat burner, but because when I take 2 caps 30 min before I hit the treadmill it gives me incredible energy and makes me want to stay on the treadmill. Before, I would get on and was ready to get off within 10 min, now I put in 40 minutes and even do an 8% incline most of the workout. When I first tried it, I would take 2 in the morning, it made me feel alert, but not jittery or anxious, in fact I felt like it was doing nothing. I would then do my workout about 2 hrs later and would struggle with it. Then I contacted the person I bought it from and they suggested taking (2) 30 min before the workout. I tried it and immediately could not believe the change! I went from calling it the DREADmill to enjoying my workouts. It resulted in a healthy weight loss too. But you have to work out within 1 hour, I am usually on the treadmill in 30 min and that works fine that is what I noticed and you need to drink a full glass of water with it, it works better that way. Like I said I got in on ebay, but mysupplementshop.com also carries it or you could google search it. I recommend it for anyone who like me, hates cardio. It may change it around for you. I know it did me. I love lifting weights, but hated cardio before I tried this. Also, the main reason i hated the treadmill was the boredom, even with the tv on, for some reason when I take this supplement, I don't even notice the boredom anymore. That I cannot explain.
