Hi, I just started my course, I’ll take NO-EXPLODE as a pre workout supplement and for post-workout supplements I’ll take Cellmass, 2 scoops of optimum %whey, 36 gm carbs and 3gm BCAA. Is this a good stack especially for the post workout supplements?  And Should I take the Whey with Cellmass immediately after my workout, or should I take Cellmass and wait for some time then I’ll take the Whey protein? And if yes how long should I wait? Thanks.

thats good for postworkout.  take cellmass and then 20-30minutes later take whey

take it with your whey, and if u want take vitamin C pill as well if its not already in cellmass it will help cortisone control

How much do you weight?

36 grams of carbs after a workout is a little on the low end.  Bump this up to about 60-70 grams.  You could also go a little higher depending on the intensity of your workout.

You can take Cellmass a few different ways.

1. 20-30 minutes prior to your whey shake.
2. In your protein shake
3. Cellmass by itself then a protein shake right after.

The differences are speed of digestion. Taking Cellmass prior will be good for the supplement to digest, however, protein, IMO, is more important.  The creatine supplement is lower priority.

I would chose door number 3.

So what if cell mass is a little slower with digestion.  If you are taking a straight up Whey Isolate, then you really have nothing to worry about.  This issue is with slower burning proteins.  So if your PWO shake has proteins that are digested within 2 hours, you'll be fine.

thats retarded statement imo, so your telling me a 6`6 300 lb guy and a 5`2 130 lb woman are going to digest the same amount of protien in one sitting........

60-70g is alot.  I only do like 25-30g pwo (plus carbs) followed by a meal with like 45g within an hour.  That would be like 1/4-1/3 of your protein intake for the day (assuming around 180lbs).  You need to space it out.

Protein grams should be around 20-40g. 

Since he mentioned PWO carbs being 36, increasing carbs to 60-70g will be fine.
