Hi.
I'm going to buy in this site whey protein and creatine. i'm spanish so I don't know many brands. For that i would like to help me to choise:
-Whey protein: i have think at Optimum 100% Whey Protein
-Creatina: Higher Power Micronized Creatine, 500 Grams

What do you think? what do you recomend to me?.........

Its expensive but Kre-Alkalyn, i perfer capsuls over all the creatine forms. You dont have to taste the powder this way.

lol i stick to the good ol monohydrate but the optimum i love. im using creapure prolab for creatine. i don't care for all these new fancy **** thats out
