Whey protein or real food?

I'm not sure if this thread is a waste of forum space or not but I'm asking anyway. I normally use Bodyfortress whey protein from Wal-mart but I have recently been questioning part of the ingedients lable, the protein blend of whey concentrate and isolate, what is the ratio? Google could not answer this and Google results also left me feeling ripped off and a bit ticked. Below is a link to the lable, see protein blend in the ingredients lable. http://www.bodyfortress...pplementfacts/044320.pdf I could get a few cartons of blueberries and a bag of pistashios for the ~$14USD price tag of the whey, as well as save my parents a bit of gas money not having to go to wal-mart every few months. I'm currently trainning every day for the next two weeks with calisthenics for endurance. In two weeks I train for power and strength, I don't bulk and I lack the money to do so even if I wanted to. What say you bodybuilding forum?
Three week keto test run Started July 19 It will work, or I'm done dieting.

Post workout whey always, as it's absorbed faster. If you want some cheap, quality stuff go to trueprotein.com I think is the website. I ordered like forty pounds for $35+shipping. The chocolate flavor tastes like funnel cake if you mix it in water (I hate funnel cake).
