Im not sure if I asked this before, but can I pump iron in the morning and if so before eating or not? Also whats better, for maximum muscle gains, working out in morning or not?

no problem working out early AS LONG AS it is after you eat breakfast you can do cardio b4 breafast IF YOU ARE CUTTING but don't life b4 breakfast

i usually do my cardio on empty stomach, then get a protein shake or mrp, then lift, then do a little more cardio.
