Hi, I was wondering when you guys recommend taking dextrose and whey. My curent schedule is 40g dextrose/5g creatine 30 mins before WO, and 60g dextrose/5g creatine immediately after WO. Whey w/ milk 60 mins before WO, and whey w/ water 30 mins after. Basically, is dextrose necessary before WO as well as after? I saw that TwinPeak seems to recommend only taking a large amount of dextrose right after WO. Also what do you think about the mixing of dextrose and whey? I have heard that the protein works to reduce the insulin spike, essentially reducing the benefit of the dextrose and thus they should be spaced 30 mins apart, any thoughts? Thanks as always, Bryan
