Ok. I have a question regarding pullups, or pulldowns, whatever you want to call them.

Should I do them on back day, or arm day? I was thinking wide grip pullups on back/traps day, and normal pullups on arm day. Not really sure how much benefit pullups really give your arms. Any advice would be sweet.

I think it also depends on your hand placement, if your palms are in or out I think it will determine if you work tri or biceps.
