When should I take my protein? - Thursday, November 15, 2007 9:20 PM
Well, here's the thing: my gym is a 20 minute bike ride from my house. I have to ride home from my gym every time I workout. So, what is reccomended? I can either have my post-shake either directly after my workout or after I get home. Which would be more beneficial?
