Well, Now that i've caught your attention, let me explain. It seems whenever I go to sleep, and lay on my side, my arm falls asleep! Even when i'm not laying on it, it goes all tingly on me. ATM the only way I can sleep is on my back, which I dont like doing. Has this have anything to do with bodybuilding? Not sure if this is the right forum, but thanks in advance!

A friend I work with can only sleep in one position, with his arm raised up over his head- Otherwise, he gets the same thing. This particular arm was caught between two metal poles held together with a very powerful spring, and as a result, he suffered some nerve damage. So, yes- It's possible you could have injured something during a workout and this is the result- But it's also possible that working out wasn't the cause. You could have damaged something doing any number of things. As always, when it comes to medical stuff like this, it's best to talk to a doc- No one here is a neurologist (That I know of) and even if they were, they can't really diagnose anything online- So, if it's concerning you, get yourself check out by a doc. Make sure you're in good enough health to continue working out- It'd suck to injure it even worse, possibly causing more serious permanent damage.
