When you guys do bent over barbell rows, do you use a supinated or pronated grip? Today I tried supinated and didn't really like it that much.

Supinated for the most part. I do less weight. Pronated with straps and it can get heavy. I've been know to use both grips for the same exercise in different sets.

Depends. Supinated if I'm not doing biceps that day and pronated if I am. About 90% of the time I do it pronated because I'd rather not stress my biceps with that much weight. Pronated just seems safer to me.

I decided today heavy rows and pullups both kind of cheat one another. If I do heavy rows I'm cheating my pullups a little bit, so I decided to do one session light row / heavy pullup and the next session heavy row / light pull down. With the light session I'm considering doing supinated and pinching my shoulder blades at the top, I felt a better contraction but fatigued much quicker.

question what about an alternated grip... Is that bad as its putting uneven stress?

I asked an expert once about that and he said yes it was. He said do double supinated or double pronated. I can't remember his name, but he was a competing bodybuilder and CPT, he really knew what he was talking about because he went into some major detail.
