I posted in the 'critique my physique' section asand people said i was like 16% bf.
When will i start to see my abs? I am struggling to hold on to muscle as i am losing bodyfat and I dont want to be much smaller. (I weigh about 125pounds)
I like the size I am but would like to be ripped. How do i go there? More or less cardio? I am currently doing about 4/5 days a week of cardio and about four days of weight training divided into 'upper and lower body although i am changing it to a 3 day split.

You are not so far off but like me, your weight will go down.  I nearly freaked at 112lb for my last contest but I hit 6-7% and was ripped.
You don't need to get that low, but you do need to drop 5-6 more.
You also need to thicken up your squares, do weighted ab work to get those squares more prominent:
hanging knee raises with ankle weights, reverse crunches with ankle weights feet in air, crunches on body ball with weight plate on chest.
whats your diet?
YOu may need more cardio but depends on diet, you just may need a tweak on diet and bang.

I do an hour of cardio 5 days a week.
To be honest, i think i eat too many carbs. (ratio to protein wise)

My diet is very clean during the week but during the weekend i eat whetever i want in moderation.
I am going to up my protein and see what happens.

will do some weighted ab work. I will keep you posted re progress.

an hour should be more than enough but I did do a few 1.5 stints during my leaning but I was on fish 3 times per day, small amounts like 3 oz and 1/2 cup green beans and then 3 shakes per day.............its all in my journal, I posted my 2 mth pre contest there, you would not go so hard but similar, just more relaxed about it, you can get away with carbs just go with yams, brown rice, quinoa.....oatmeal is really good as it regulates the blood sugar, helps with fat loss and leaning.
Also you may bloat to salts or certain veggies and that is all it takes to lose the lines, dairy too, I drop dairy and fruit although I did refeeds with rice cakes, green apples and peanut butter as I leaned super fast so pay close attention to things to regulate as you go along.

My precontest was in september 07 in my old journal, my 07 one, something about fitness figure in the title, I forget.
