When to take creatine?

Last night i was thinking of this. You know how people say if you eat right before bed you will get fat, because you can't burn off the calories, so your body stores them in fat? Well would taking creatine be oppositely the same? Would you get more muscle gain then, because you are not working any of the ingredients off? Or am I wasting a post because this has no effect at all? Somebody help? I'm only talking about doing this on off days, on workout days I take some before i workout.

Take it before workouts, and in the morning on off days

Some people have said they take it about 30mins before working out as their preworkout boost. Is this a good idea? I'm in the same boat because I'm thinking about trying it n I've really just been sticking to protein n whole foods.

Well, some people like taking it pre-workout, myself included, cause it gives more energy during the workout, and would hopefully allow you to do more reps. Others like it AFTER, because your bloodways are open more, and you are able to absorb it and repair muscle. Both ways are good. You could probably even split, do half before half after. Either way, on off days, take in morning.

Creatine is drawn into the muscles during insulin spikes. Take it when youre eating the most sugary things you eat during the day. For me, since Im on the ckd, I dont take much creatine at all all week and then on my carb up I take it around 6 times. The best time for most would be during your high gi carb post workout drink where your muscles will soak everything up. Other good times are preworkout and in the morning.

Your name stats that you are 13. If that is the case, do not take it at all.
