Hello, i am taking whey protein and creatine, and i am a little confused as to when to take each one for best results. I take a protein shake in the morning, and creatine right after my workout, then i wait 30 mins and have another protein shake. help please!

I don't know the brands, or the types of either supplement your using. (Micronized, CEE, CEM for the creatines, and you might have MM, which is caseinate dominant, or you might have ON, which is isolate dominant.) Basing off of generic types: -Whey in the morning -You could do creatine pre/post, but I am unaware of the type and you could be withholding a NO/Caffeine based supplement as well. It seems everyone uses these types of supplements nowadays. -Whey post workout, if taken after creatine, 25-30 minutes is optimal. I believe in the 3 hour anabolic window, so you're good to go.
Current Supplements: Multi, Whey, Caffeine, BCAA, Vitamin C, Calcium Current Cycle: Strength "Do not go where the path may lead, instead go where there is no path, and leave a trail."

protein in the morning, pre/post workout (preworkout meal would be better than whey ). creatine can depend on several things so do as the lable says or it has no instructions then 5g pre/post workout is good, and 5g first thing in the morning on non-lifting days.
