Anyone knows if this stuff is really any good? It seems to offer alot of benefits but I cannot seem to directly relate as to when should I be taking it. -Mike

YES. I don't know why, but dude, I take it with a smoothie almost every morning for breakfast and immediately just feel good and horny. It's like clockwork. There are some wheatgrass studies that show eficacy too. No doubt it's tough to eat alone, but I've found that bananas, berries, cinnamon, and natty PB all help squelch the seaweed flavor. But it's impossible to do a double-blind study with this stuff due to the narsty taste.. haha

I was under the impression that to gain any benefit from wheat grass, it had to be juiced and then immediately ingested. I didn't think that it could be turned into a powder and receive the same effects.... NO?

Hmm.. I have a full box of sachets with them. Someone gave them as a gift. Lol Berto. I didn't know wheatgrass can make you horny. You sure its all your taking? lol. -Mike
